Integrations
Conversion tracking integrations built for signal integrity
Connect the systems where leads, calls, jobs, purchases, and revenue actually happen — then verify those outcomes are safe to send back to Google Ads, Meta, GA4, and the rest of your measurement stack.
What these integrations are for
Most integrations move data. We ask whether the signal is safe to use.
Basic sync says: send event. Analytics Mates says: is this the right event, from the right system of record, with the right click ID, deduplication logic, consent state, and proof trail?
That is the operational layer behind detect → fix → verify → remember. Signal Dispatch is the product that dispatches verified outcomes to ad platforms — but only after the measurement layer can support it.
Basic sync
- • Fire a webhook when something happens
- • Hope the platform accepts it
- • No dedup against native paths
- • No receipt or read-back
Trustworthy dispatch
- • Right outcome from the right SoR
- • Click IDs and consent at lead origin
- • Idempotent, coexistence-aware routing
- • Platform receipt + verify read-back
Curated integration map
Systems we trust, systems we are building toward, and what we avoid.
This is not a directory of every API we could touch. It is the map we use with agency partners — prioritized by where broken signals actually hurt paid media decisions.
Source systems
Where booked jobs, qualified calls, retainers, and purchases originate.
ServiceTitan
AvailableField service CRM
Booked jobs, completed jobs, and paid invoices — with click-ID recovery at lead origination.
Dial800
Proof caseCall tracking
Qualified call events with DNI and token pass-through. Active proof case replacing broken native GA4 templates.
CallRail
BuildingCall tracking
Inbound calls with native gclid support. Coexistence governance when native Google/Meta paths stay on.
NEOS
Proof caseLegal case management
The ServiceTitan of legal: intake → wanted lead → signed case, uploaded to Google Ads via the Data Manager API. Active proof case monitoring the gap most pipelines miss — accepted ≠ attributed (phone-heavy intake, low gclid capture).
Lead Docket
BuildingLegal intake
Intake-to-signed lifecycle for firms where the intake platform is the system of record.
Shopify
Measurement Ops firstE-commerce
Purchase outcomes via order webhooks — after checkout extension or cart-attribute ID custody is in place.
Magento
RoadmapE-commerce
Order and revenue events — longer implementation cycles; dispatch follows Measurement Ops.
HubSpot
Conditional SoRCRM
When HubSpot is the SoR for closed-won revenue, not just marketing automation.
Salesforce
Conditional SoRCRM
Opportunity stage transitions — only when gclid and consent fields are invested in.
Litify
Conditional SoRLegal CRM
Salesforce-native legal operations — matter milestones when CRM fields support match quality.
Dispatch targets
Ad platforms and analytics endpoints that receive verified conversion signals.
Meta Conversions API
AvailablePaid social
Server-side events with hashed PII, fbc/fbp, consent, and platform receipt (fbtrace_id).
GA4 Measurement Protocol
AvailableWeb analytics
Server-side hits with client_id from lead origination, transaction_id dedup, Consent Mode v2.
Google Ads offline conversions
BuildingPaid search
GCLID-keyed OCI and enhanced conversions for leads via the Data Manager API (events:ingest) — Smart Bidding on booked jobs and signed cases, not form fills. We verify acceptance AND attribution, not just the upload.
Microsoft Ads
RoadmapPaid search
Offline conversion uploads keyed on msclkid.
TikTok Events API
RoadmapPaid social
Server-side events — requires ttclid capture at landing before dispatch is safe.
LinkedIn Conversions API
RoadmapB2B paid social
High-value offline B2B conversions when partner demand warrants.
Google Local Services Ads
Engagement onlyHome services
Google-controlled import mechanics — scoped per engagement, not a quick adapter.
Platform stack
The measurement layer we clean up before dispatch is safe.
WordPress
Measurement Ops firstCMS
GA4, GTM, forms, and thank-you page integrity before any server-side dispatch.
Measurement Ops →
Webflow
Measurement Ops firstCMS
Tag orchestration and conversion path QA for marketing sites.
Measurement Ops →
Wix
Measurement Ops firstCMS
Baseline GA4/GTM setup and event validation.
Measurement Ops →
Shopify
Measurement Ops firstE-commerce platform
Checkout, data layer, and ecommerce event mapping — prerequisite to purchase dispatch.
Measurement Ops →
Measurement Ops first
Some integrations are not dispatch sources. They are the layer we fix first.
WordPress, Webflow, Wix, and Shopify are where tags drift, events duplicate, and click IDs get lost. Dispatching on top of that stack sends garbage to Smart Bidding faster. We audit and remediate the signal path before we turn on server-side conversion pipelines.
GA4 & GTM SupportWhat we intentionally avoid
We do not integrate just because an API exists.
We avoid sources that are not reliable systems of record, paths that duplicate native platform behavior, and events that cannot be verified. That is how we protect bidding algorithms — and client trust — from false confidence.
- Marketing automation or BI tools as systems of record (ActiveCampaign, DOMO, attribution dashboards)
- Zapier, Make, or batch CSV imports as production dispatch — no idempotency, consent gate, or receipts
- Duplicate native paths (Dial800 GA4 template + Helm, CallRail native OCI + Helm, ST Marketing Pro collision)
- Page-load call tags firing conversions before qualification — the NFD inflation pattern
- Dispatch before GA4/GTM and click-ID custody are clean — garbage in, faster garbage out
- Integrating every platform in a competitor catalog because the API exists
FAQ
Questions about our integrations.
What makes Analytics Mates' integrations different from a standard API integration?
Most integrations simply move data from one system to another. We verify that the data is accurate, deduplicated, consent-aware, and tied to the correct system of record before it's sent to advertising or analytics platforms.
Which platforms can you integrate with?
We support integrations across CRM systems, call tracking platforms, e-commerce platforms, advertising networks, and analytics tools. Our curated integration map reflects the systems we actively support today, those currently in development, and those on our roadmap.
Why do you recommend Measurement Ops before integrations?
Reliable integrations depend on reliable measurement. Before enabling server-side dispatch or offline conversions, we verify that GA4, GTM, event tracking, click IDs, and consent management are working correctly to prevent inaccurate data from reaching your ad platforms.
Can you work with our existing CRM or call tracking platform?
In many cases, yes. We evaluate whether your platform is the appropriate system of record and whether it provides the data quality needed for trustworthy conversion tracking. If it does, we can design an integration strategy around it.
Why don't you integrate with every platform?
We prioritize data quality over the number of integrations we support. If a platform cannot provide reliable, verifiable conversion data — or if an integration introduces duplicate events or inaccurate attribution — we recommend against using it to protect reporting accuracy and campaign optimization.

Not sure your stack is ready for offline conversion tracking?
We audit the signal path first — GA4, GTM, click IDs, consent, and CRM handoffs — then scope dispatch only where the data can support it.
